Accessibility statement and assessment of disproportionate burden

The reason for the above partial compliance lies in the disproportionate burden that would arise for Zavod Novo Mesto as the obliged entity. Zavod Novo Mesto assesses the disproportionate burden on the basis that significant financial consequences would arise if it were to adapt all content accordingly (adding alternative text for all images, translating videos into sign language and/or providing subtitles or otherwise adapting them in accordance with the ZDSMA), since the volume of content is very large. In assessing the disproportionate burden, Zavod Novo Mesto has also taken into account, in addition to the significant financial consequences, its internal organisation and the nature of its activities, and acts in accordance with the ZDSMA, which for these reasons allows such deviations on the basis of an assessment of disproportionate burden and on the basis of this accessibility statement.
Zavod Novo Mesto is committed to continuous improvement of accessibility and will remedy any identified non-compliance as soon as possible. Necessary adjustments are carried out as part of the regular maintenance and development of the website.
