Workshop registration form

Participation

The workshop runs for six days, from Monday morning to Saturday evening. Each participant may sign up for only one category or mentor, with whom they form ensembles in the morning and attend private or group lessons in the afternoon. Festival concerts take place every evening, and workshop participants receive a free pass to all festival concerts.

Payment

The method of payment is bank transfer. Participants will receive a payment receipt on the first day of registration. If the payer is a legal entity, you must send your details by email, and the organiser will send you an invoice. If the payer is different from the applicant, enter the information of both the payer and the recipient at the bottom of the application in the “Notes” section.

How to apply?

Applications are accepted via the application form on the website. You will receive confirmation of acceptance by email. The deadline for submission of applications is 5 August 2026. The number of participants is limited.

Prices

Applicants must pay the full workshop fee before attending Jazzinty. Payment can be made by bank transfer or postal order, as explained in the “Payment” section. Prices (VAT included):

Active participation A (regular price for all categories (except Introduction to Jazz) for 6 days): €330.00
Active participation B (regular price for the Introduction to Jazz for 6 days): €300.00
Lectures (all 5 lectures): €100.00

20% discount (discounts cannot be combined):

• If the application and payment are completed before May 8, 2026

10% discount (discounts cannot be combined):

• If the application and payment are completed before July 1, 2026
• For groups of three applying together (all three must complete the application form and name the other two persons)

5% discount (discounts cannot be combined):

• For ex-participants, students, pensioners, and disabled persons

Accommodation

Accommodation is each participant’s own responsibility. We suggest staying at Youth Hostel Situla (in the town centre, a maximum of 300 m from all festival locations) or Student Dormitory Novo mesto (slightly further from festival locations, but somewhat cheaper). Accommodation is paid for on the first day at registration or according to your arrangement with the accommodation provider.

When making a reservation at Youth Hostel Situla or Student Dorm Novo mesto, please inform them that you are a Jazzinty Workshop participant.
